I don’t have one good thing to say about him. Lived in carriage court for 17 years, all of a sudden these jokers come in and everything has to change, and they don’t care about anything except their bottom line putting money in their pocket. They’re sneaky they’re Shysters . They bought me out of my 1964 mobile home, they were advertising it as a manufactured home, false and misleading advertising. It’s got aluminum wiring in it. They don’t care all they want is their money. I moved to Oregon much much better than that crap down there.

The pictures, postings, advertisement, and listing of this place showed a cute modular home with a nice driveway and yard and tree on the side. A nice place to put a shed and storage. Made an offer, it took days to get anyone to contact me and my realtor back. Finally they did, contract didn't have my name was told to "write it in". Had many questions along the way, they are very rude and just want to copy a page from the law and send it versus making sure you- THEIR CUSTOMER knows and understands. I happed to ask about the yard during the lease signing and was told there is no yard. There is no driveway. No tree. No storage space. Very misleading. I attempted to get my $$ back and they will not give it back. The staff are extremely rude. Do not do business with this company. There are so many nice places to do business with. Not to mention the modular home park was filthy, I believed they were trying to improve it but the home itself was super cheap and shoddily put together. It was just a horrible experience overall.

I bought a mobile through them and was guaranteed by the park manager it was in great shape and he made all repairs on it. After moving in a was told by several park members the roof had collapsed and all work done without permits. And when I bought the mobile they should have done a tax clearance certificate and they didn’t. Now they are saying I am responsible for all back taxes even though I only owned the trailer for a few months. He states I should have had the inspections which I should have but I was told and assured it was in great condition. Most electrical plugs didn’t work. I had no heat for the first few months. They don’t take responsibility for anything. They are dirty. Be aware.

Enacting illegal and predatory rent increases on low-income renters in San Jose. The San Jose City Housing Department has warned and rebuked Harmony Communities for violating the City’s rent control policies and legislation that protects San Jose renters from predatory behavior such as rent increases of nearly 50% such as those proposed by Harmony Communities.

These people have been a complete nightmare for hundreds of people they should be shut down they should not be able to deal with human beings. I cannot believe what they’re doing to our mobile home park. It’s the exact same thing they’ve been doing to every other mobile home park that they get their greedy hands on they’ve destroyed families homes they’ve left people, homeless, children, elderly, and their victims are immigrants and elderly people do not trust these people we have not had water in a mobile home park for almost a month now we can’t even wash our hands with the water. The park looks condemned. It’s trashy overgrown $800 electric bills over pricing us on our own mobile homes charging homeowners the same price they charge renters they don’t follow any of their own rules and regulations, but are very quick to eat if somebody doesn’t follow their rules and regulations they have Karla Willis managing our park on site and she doesn’t even know what Tenants Rights are. She’s constantly violating Tenants Rights, going into the homes of the tenants onto their property flipping tenants off, cursing a tennis. , they have Karla Willis managing our park on site and she doesn’t even know what Tenants Rights are. She’s constantly violating Tenants Rights going into the homes of the tenants onto their property. Flipping tenants off, cursing at tenants and we have multiple recordings of her doing this to people. How many communities chose her to be the donkey the maintenance man doesn’t even know how to tie his shoe, let alone maintain a mobile home park. His work SUCKS. He has no clue what he’s doing.

I wouldn't even give one star if it meant I could leave a review without one! We are in the middle of a class action lawsuit against Matt Davies and Harmony Communities down here in San Diego County. Absolutely horrible people to deal with. They are being sued by almost everyone that lived there for inhabitable conditions. The water isn't even drinkable! And Matt is an absolute slum lord, very unprofessional and told my mother "Why don't you just move if you don't like it" when she addressed certain issues like the rent suddenly tripling and having no one doing maintenance on the property. DON'T trust Harmony Communities!

If I could give them no stars I would. They screw over anybody and everybody. Buying from this company was the BIGGEST MISTAKE of my life. They are planning to continue to close every park they own and if they can't sell it to someone else they plan to evict entire parks so they can make a bigger profit converting it to something else. I STRONGLY URGE EVERYONE TO NEVER BUY FROM THIS COMPANY.

The have the most unfair ridiculous rules and policies. The do poor work on homes, cover up damage with paint and carpet, they don't disclose issues with homes, the repairmen don't seem knowledgeable or licensed. They will make it a senior living park, so when old people die they will take those homes and make a profit off the dead. The wont update the recreational area, the furniture is old and dank, the carpet is even worse. They used to have gym equipment but thats gone. They will find a way to kick out anyone posting unfavorable comments about them.
