Everyone was pleasant and helpful starting with the security person at the door to the staff we spoke with. We arrived a few minutes after they opened and the waiting area was almost full. They were very quick to call numbers and had many windows open. We did not think we waited more than 20 minutes or so and were treated very kindly. I don’t know who we spoke with but everyone seemed helpful. I would not hesitate to go in this location.

SOMETHING not right with this office. needs to be INVESTGATED. these people not accepting my paystubs when I drop them off in their drop box. Just found out today they haven't received any of my stubs when I just drop off 4months of stubs last month in July. But yet I have a letter saying thank you for submitting your paystubs. And now today just was told I have to turn in stubs again because it doesn't show in the system like what's going on with this office. HELP

It’s crazy how the government hires such lazy people horrible service and they are never even open when there website says workers prolly leave early and still get there 8 hours horrible management I’d be ashamed to be someone in charge there lol

I called on 01-31-24 to see if long wait, my call was answered within a couple minutes, gentleman who answered call was polite, professional and kindly checked wait time and said it was not too busy and maybe about 10 minute wait. I went in, employee was professional annd kind and I was out very quickly. Place was quiet and clean. Thank you.

I just got back from this office. The security personnel as well as the staff member who helped me at the window were both excellent in their service and courteous too. What a breath of fresh air! I called yesterday to try and get an appointment and was able to get someone on the phone quite quickly and got an appointment the next day. Even though this office is definitely further away from my home, I will go there again. My sincere thanks and kudos to all the hardworking and knowledgeable staff at this office. Great customer service. Go to this office, if you can.

I don’t know why I expected it to be like MVD. I need to talk to upper management to see what they are doing right because each employee (door greeter, security, and the guy who helped me at the window) were respectful, approachable, helpful, friendly, yet efficient. I needed a card replacement and had a few questions. They didn’t seem rushed or bothered. There was a long line waiting outside but we all made it out within minutes.
