So l, should I call the office ahead of time to inform them when my personal washing machine dies and I need to swap it out with a new one, that the cheap flooring that was installed and barely glued down is INEVITABLY going to get damaged from the replacement of my washer no matter how careful I am being. Cause I'm not getting charged for damages on cheap materials. I've never had this issue in any other military house I've lived in.....guess I'll repair it my self.

Do not rent here, unless you want to have the worst living/ renting experience in your life. The only person in the front office that is very professional is Alan and worth his weight in gold, always ready to help. No one ever return your call especially the district manager. If I could give 0 star it would be the appropriate rating for them.

Took my children to the resident pool today. Arrived at noon. Sign said that they clean the pool starting at noon. Okay that's fine. However nobody was there cleaning. I'm writing this review at 1210 and still nobody has shown up. Okay that's fine people run late. However, the state of the pool was absolutely appalling. There were three water bottles just floating around in the water, a plastic bag and a slew of bugs and leaves. The grounds around the pool were littered with garbage, smashed chairs and end stands, a junk skateboard and clothing. This isn't the first time we have come to see the pool and pool area in a bad shape.

When applying we provided a Dr's note they requested to get on a Waitlist for a 4 bedroom and Carolyn went around and called the doctor, not to verify, but to asknif we really needed it. That felt highly unprofessional to me and invasion of privacy when we responded to the email she cc another sailor we had no idea who they were. The bugs on this base is insane, the ground squirrels will destroy your yards. The school gate is never open and forget what they say, there is a rodent problem on this base since your surrounded by mice. Electrical issues take months to fix. My son has Ben shocked plugging something in and they closed the ticket without completion. Worse housing we've ever lived in.

I would like to thank the maintenance team! Every time I have put in an online request, it has been answered within the hour! We have had two issues the past week and Tony has been great! He has found minor issue that he quickly repaired while he was here. Thank you for the great work.

Unfortunately for me, I just moved out of my housing due to moving. I’m on a waitlist for housing in the new location here, but this is turning out to be a disaster. I’ve been in contact with the location for the past 6 months, getting them the required documents so that this wouldn’t turn into an ordeal. Unfortunately again, it has. What was a 1 to 2 month wait is now an undetermined amount of time. Somehow I went backwards on the waitlist, I don’t even know how that happens. I went from 69 to 72. I emailed the final document to them twice and never heard anything. They ghosted me for over a month. Then I finally call, send if off again, and they ghosted me again. I finally am here now, staying in a motel with my 7 month old and they have no idea when we can get a house. Also unfortunately for me, I can’t afford to keep my family in a hotel for an undetermined amount of time. This whole thing has left a terrible taste in my mouth over LMH. I don’t understand how this is conducive to completing the mission. I feel failed, and this PCS now feels like a punishment. I don’t understand how moving out of LMH to move into LMH is so complicated. It seems like a pretty streamlined process, and maybe they need a change of leadership at the highest levels. Absolutely ridiculous.

Amazing service! The past 3 days the maintenance men have worked tirelessly to make sure I can be back in my home as soon as possible. They even came in on their day off. They have been amazing!
