Nice neighborhood American Market in nature beautiful trees area of Southeast Portland. Prices are very cheap affordable, great people work here and they have a lot of items to sell in the store. It’s a huge store!

Great little quickie mart. Good coffee, good prices. Came in from out of town back to my old neighborhood. Used to live 2 blocks away. Used to walk with my son in his stroller to this place every day. Man it hasn't changed. I was able to get 2 1 liters of soda for an good price of $4. Not a bad deal for portland Oregon. I love the old memories.

First time ever going to this store. Upon pulling in to the parking lot the area looked really shady.was unsure if I should go in or pull out and drive away. However my friends really want some snacks and drinks. So, we went in and to my surprise it was clean and the guy working was very pleasant they my energy drinks that seem now one else can keep in stocks. And a very good selection of chocolate. Witch always a good thing. I would indeed go back.

Great customer service every single time I go to G&S Market! Great prices on my favorite snacks and beverages, they always have a variety of items and snacks, as well as a smile on their faces! Lovely friendly people with good values and the idea of putting customer’s needs first. I even drive out of my way for G&S Market after work because I know I will always be treated great there. Would 100% recommend to everyone for their snacking needs!

Always buy smokes here but today this employee (@ 4:30pm who wouldn’t clearly say his name for me) left the store unattended to come to my car & tell me I was taking too long in the parking lot to get my mask as well as one for my toddler & Get her out of the car. Hopefully I will catch the owner in the morning time and let him know but how rude honestly!

Friendly neighborhood spot. They didn't have the canned tomatoes I was looking for, but more canned meats and fish than I ever knew existed! I'm curious to try and will be back 🙂
