Wanna start off by saying these people do not hold their word and will say anything to get you to buy the car. I came in here to look at a 2010 GTI that looked in great condition come to find out the headliner was falling apart tires were bald and headlights were horribly foggy but the car seemed in perfect mechanical shape so they said if i bought the car they would take care of all those things before i received the car. After almost a full week of them having the car after i purchased it the only thing that was done was 2 new tires, the headliner was STAPLED and horribly glued back on. There is glue all over my overhead controls and sun visors now. Plus there are staples all over my headliner. Headlights weren’t even touched and to top it all off they delivered the car with less than a gallon of gas left in it. I proceeded to over look past all of that and take it to the gas station to fill it up where it refuses to fill up past half a tank no matter what! Apparently the car’s evap system is failing. And the car proceeded to shake and rattle and misfire on 2/4 cylinders within 10 hours of receiving the car, they then refused to answer any of my calls and left all my messages on read when i brought up the fact that the car is undrivable. I’ve since replaced ignition coils and spark plugs and still the car refuses to drive or idle. Do not buy from this place!!

I had been targeting a Mazda3 for my son for some time. I came across S&M Auto searching on one of the many auto sites on the net; single owner and a clean title. I read the reviews and reached out asking for a Carfax on a Sunday afternoon. I received it early Monday morning.

When I arrived Sead and Mirza were more than friendly. Mirza handed me the keys and told me to take as long as I needed to inspect the vehicle, recommended a proper route for a test drive to get it through all gears, amd went back into the office. No pressure and nothing to hide.

On the test drive I heard a bit of a rattle in the rear. Mirza stated it was likely the rear suspension and that they'd be happy to replace the bad component on purchase. Needing piece of mind I asked if I could take it to my buddies shop for inspection. Mirza said no problem.

I arrived the following morning to take it to my buddies shop and returned to S&M with the inspection sheet; brakes, rear shocks and a serpentine belt...normal wear. Mirza was more than willing to negotiate based on the inspection.

I bought the car the following morning and received the title a few days later.

I was more than happy with the entire process. Thanks Sead and Mirza!
