This place keeps a safe, confidential space to handle restraining orders and more. There is a small waiting area with other related resources posted on the wall. They are kind and curtious. There is also a small space off to the side with donations such as shoes, purses, clothes, and more.

This place is wonderful they made me feel like I was heard and respected. They also gave me advice and were there for me every single step with my situation. Made sure that everything was documented and that my privacy was secure. Always checked on how I was doing emotionally. Can’t say good enough things of this place. Thank you for everything that you do for women.

It’s in there name Valley Crisis “CRISIS “ they made me feel like there was something horrible with me and I needed extreme help they didn’t offer me services and said they were training someone for me it’s been over a month they won’t let me join the “open class” on Thursday they didn’t help me when I was in a crisis I started hormonal therapy and feel 100% better but it’s really horrible that I was in a crisis and they use my vulnerability to say I couldn’t get help from them and the people who were running this isolated me and stopped me from going to group on Thursday when I had already went twice and I wasn’t hurting anyone i just wanted help when I was going through a traumatic experience

Terrible establishment. Told my sister on the phone to Officer Dehoyos that they would be able to help her fill out papers for a temporary restraining order the following day as they were closed on Sunday. She went, they denied service saying since it’s a lengthy process and by “appointment only,” absolutely nothing they can do!

They than said the next appointment is 7 days out, even with official death threats stating he will “take her and my mother out” and that he “doesn’t care if he spends the rest of his life in prison.”

If we are dead next week it is in part by Valley Crisis and other Merced officials.

Please revamp your website saying we are “here to help, whenever you’re ready, we are here for you same day, with legal papers, shelter, or anything.” It is a total lie
