Hotel does not have a front reception desk, you cannot contact front desk for any help, only way is to come all the way down to the lobby to find the one or two staff who are there, and hopefully free to render help. Self check-in kiosks are not easy to manage, guests have to read instructions and try to follow, not instinctive. I saw that all who used them had to ask for help, keeping the light staffing at the lobby preoccupied. It Results in queues st times for other guests who need help. This is not the kind of welcome we had expected. Rooms not properly set up when we checked in. Missing items like pillows, empty shower gel in the bath, towels etc kept us busy coming down to the lobby. We had booked two rooms. One of the rooms was for three guests but we were assigned a small one with space for only two. This is despite an email reminder to hotel a few days before arrival. The way the hotel is set up, the service is generally not pro-active, had to be actively and physically solicited by the guests, no phones in the two rooms we had booked, no front desk numbers to call. Breakfast spread is simple but had to ask staff to replenish at times, they seemed moody and overwhelmed. Decor, down to the passageway, is spartan and rather cold. I can only reserve my credits for the staff at the lobby who really try to help and are really courteous.

I recently had a disappointing experience at Flemings Hotel. My stay was urgent and short, but unfortunately, it was quite uncomfortable. The room I stayed in was furnished with old and worn-out pieces, clearly showing their poor condition. The heating system didn't work, and despite multiple requests, there was no appropriate response, leaving me to endure the cold all night with just a thin duvet.
The service was another letdown. One of the reception staff was not only rude but also of no help, which added to the overall distress of the stay. For the price charged, the experience was far from satisfactory or worth it.
If you're traveling with family, I recommend exploring other options, as there are better hotels available. My brief stay at Flemings Hotel was bad!!

Self check-in was seamless and fantastic. The front desk also allowed me to check-in early with no extra charge.The area around is shady with homeless people and drug addicts, so be vigilant. I never had any issues when I stayed here.
The breakfast is 18 euro but is a buffet. Rooms are a bit small, but this is usual in Europe. I will stay here again and recommend this hotel.

Our stay was very brief - just overnight so we could catch our plane the next morning.
Our showers were cold! Although when my husband showered again after me it had warmed up. Also, we could not access the soap in the soap dispensers, which was very frustrating.
The man who greeted us and helped us check in was wonderful. It would have been nice to have someone there as we left as well to ask questions.

Just an overnight stay at the hotel. Check-in was quick and smooth. King size bed room was perfect for two people with enough space for luggage.
The rate was quite cheap compared to other hotels in the vicinity.
Proximity to the train station is just a cherry on top.

I was in a twin room, was very comfortable and cleaned. All the amenities in the room, mattresses were amazing, we could rest properly. Good location, 1 min by walking to the train station.

Only positive to this hotel is the close location the main train station. Lobby is modern however the rooms are disappointing. The rooms are outdated and dirty. They look nothing like the lobby. Also the staff are extremely rude and unhelpful. During check-in I asked for assistance and was completely brushed off. Everyone was checking in and I was told I couldn’t until after 2pm. I understand if rooms aren’t available but I felt like I was purposely ignored. I will not be staying at this hotel again.

Directly at the main train station. So you have access to all sorts of public transportation, food, drinks etc. It is not the nicest and safest area to be fair.

The hotel is very modern. Check in is digital via touch screen in the lobby. They have a bar and a small shop. Breakfast was excellent.
