This is my home church. I have never been to a more loving and inviting church. I was taught HOW to follow God at this church. 40 years of being a believer and it was this church that taught me I can have a relationship with God. He is not just someone who existed in tge past that we believe in and will see when we die. But is someone we can encounter NOW! Oh and the Sunday School teacher is pretty amazing too! Haha

My husband and I love attending Mt. Lassen Community Church whenever we are in the area.
Even though they are going through a major reconstruction of their building … it’s still a very welcoming place to attend. Everyone is so friendly and Pastor Todd is very gifted in delivering God’s Word. We love worshiping with this body of believers.
It’s a very real and down to earth place. If we lived in the area, this would definitely be our church home.

I would highly recommend attending one of the three services they offer. Pastor Todd is great! His uplifting messages will speak to you no matter where you are on your journey with God.
He's a living example of a true shepherd not only in the way he shares his love for God and the Bible, but in the way he encourages & cares for his church members & the community. He's a genuine, sincere leader with a great sense of humor! The praise team & church members are also welcoming & a joy to worship with.

Mt Lassen Community Church has been a wonderful place to jump in with both feet into local ministry. We feel so very much a part of this local family of believers and we are encouraged to go out and make our community a better place. Our help is welcomed, our involvement is a joy, and most of all, with the help of a fantastic pastor we are growing in the Lord. MLCC welcomes everyone, and serves everyone. They aren't afraid to take on controversial subjects from God's perspective, not condoning bad behavior, but also knowing that our main job is to love everyone...and that we are not the judges. We are only one of several fine churches in the Lake Almanor basin, but my husband and I know this is the right place for us!

This is a wonderful church that was once a movie theater. They are to soon begin restoration of the theater. The church community are a great group of people who are very willing to help. They deliverance abundant amount of donated wood to those in the community are in need. If at all possible, you attend a Sunday service. There is nothing like small town living and this community church exemplifies what a church should be and do.

The pastor (Tod), the elders and the church community are incredible. You need to attend a service or two to really appreciate this church. Stop in for a Sunday service at 9:30 held outside. During the summer there is also a 6 p.m. service on Thurs night for those of us that have to work on Sunday.

I came to this church through my wife and am thankful every day. What a great group of people my new family is. We have a mens group that meets Saturday mornings that is fun and thought provoking. Sundays pastor Todd delivers his message with thought , proof, and some humor and touches hearts every week. I look forward to seeing everyone each week whether at church, mens group, hot topics or the friday night movies at the theater.
