My little girl and I were left stranded by this organization. Don’t call the hotline. I found a ride all the way to their designated safe place, told to follow program guidelines, turned my cellular device off for an entire day, I couldn’t make phone calls to any other organization for help for the entire day. Only to meet with their case managers the following day who told me there was no room in the shelter. I was given 2 bus passes and a list of resources for other organizations and told good luck. Non profits shouldn’t operate this way. This process DOES NOT HELP. My little girl and I are now in a worse position than before, completely left on the side of the road in a city far from home.

I have no idea what their track is on help but as far as donations they suck. I had about 150 hard back books and new clothing some with tags still attached and they did not bother to call me back for a pick up. I am disabled and relocating so I needed the pick up. I threw it all out in the trash.
