Butterflies & Roses provides a wonderful service to those dealing with hair loss. I lost pretty much all my hair within two weeks of starting chemo and a nurse at the hospital suggested I contact Butterflies & Roses. I was nervous about anyone seeing my “naked” head, but Meleesa immediately put me at ease and I was given (yes, given!) a lovely wig which gave me the confidence to go out in public without feeling uncomfortable. Even people who knew me didn’t realize I was wearing a wig, they just complemented me on “my hair” which really gave me a boost during a difficult time. Once a client’s hair starts coming in, they also provide three free haircuts and even a coloring (I chose turquoise highlights!). Meleesa and Kathleen at Butterflies & Roses are an absolute Godsend and made a difficult time so much easier. If you or someone you know is dealing with hair loss, I highly recommend the folks at Butterflies & Roses!

Meleesa truly listened & was very helpful in choosing my wig. I have had numerous compliments on my wig & am thrilled with it. This is a wonderful place , where hope & compassion are abundant.

Malissa was so kind, thoughtful and extremely helpful in assisting me to choose a wig. She also shave my scalp to prepare me for chemo. I felt well taken care of and I am extremely grateful she is offering this service to cancer patients.

I almost never give anything five stars, but this service was of such value to me. I cannot say how much I appreciate the service I received. Looking as normal as you can is important when living with cancer. Anything that makes the struggle less is of tremendous value.

I am writing this for Christine Beatty as she would want me to. Our Chrisie passed away on her 55th birthday April 3, 2023. Christine was so proud of her hair. Your wigs that you gave her made her feel so beautiful and she felt she could go anywhere and feel good about herself. Chrisie was a big part of many lives, and personally a large chuck of my heart is missing with her passing. She has named Butterflies and Rose's as her charity and asked that in lieu of flowers that your business be remembered. Again, thank you from the bottom of my heart.
