Priceline is the most rigid and uncompromising agency I ever dealt with and never will I recommend anyone to use it. We recently reserved a round trip flight 4 months out and within three days decided to change dates. Priceline refused to change dates and also refused to cancel the flight. We lost the cost of the tickets. What a scam!
We were able to modify our hotel reservations and car rental with new tickets from another airline.

We were locked out of our account due to a dispute with our travel company. They were holding us ransom for repayment of money we had been refunded.

As a last resort I contacted the BBB actually expecting a long drawn out process The submission was easy and the result was very timely and efficient There is also post settlement follow-up to ensure satisfaction I cannot say enough positive things about their service

I don’t know what I would do without the BBB. They’ve helped me many times resolve problems that I’ve had. It seems like when I do it alone by making several phone calls, or sending letters, I don’t get results. But the minute a person or company receives correspondence from the BBB, they take immediate action to contact me and resolve my issues. Communicating with the BBB is very easy online, and whoever I’ve dealt with has been so nice, and they’ve always kept me up-to-date with my complaints. if I have a problem that I cannot resolve on my own, I’ve always contacted the BBB, filed a complaint, and every single time I’ve gotten results quickly. Believe me, businesses, and people, take the Better Business Bureau very seriously. Do not hesitate for one minute. If you have a problem you can’t solve by yourself, get online and file a complaint.

BBB is great! I filed a claim against my mortgage company “Servbank”. I paid my homeowners insurance direct to the insurance company and advised Servbank. I also provided proof, filled out forms to have the escrowed amount removed from my payment. I continued to call, send emails and they continued to say they would make the change but nothing happened. Finally 4 months later I contacted BBB. I had no idea what the process would be like but I was at my wits end. Within a week or so, BBB contacted them and within days, Servbank called me, they refunded my overpayments and removed the insurance portion from my monthly payment. I am so grateful that BBB exists! So very helpful 🙂

I filed a complaint with the BBB at Pacific Southwest in Arizona against EOS Fitness Gym for a refund that I was owed. The gym ignored my request that I was entitled. The BBB obviously connected with the proper people from the headquarters of the gym and I received my refund. I was amazed that I received the refund. The personnel I spoke with at the BBB were friendly, polite and obviously trained well. I am extremely pleased with the service I received. A professional organization due to the people they hire.

Wow! Great thanks again for your help with getting the refund. The Better Business Bureau Serving the Pacific Southwest is the place to get help with problems associated with purchases made online. After getting the runaround from the company for several months, I contacted the BBB with my problem. I followed their prompts and gave them the information that was requested. In a matter of days I had my refund. Thanks again for the excellent customer service and honesty.

I currently have an F rating with the BBB, to whom I'm not a member. Yet my Google reviews are above a 4. Go figure that not answering a complaint that was going through litigation with attorney calls to support it and BBB still gives an F to my business. A business like mine should be able to have the complaints removed especially after successful litigation immediately. I don't give any weight to a BBB rating knowing that all it take is a complaint and your guilty with an F.

The better Business bureau is a joke. They're not here for consumers. I reached out to them because my bank kept giving me different stories. When I tried to talk to a manager they would just hang up on me. I reached out to the better Business bureau. The better Business bureau told me that the business would be reaching out to me. Nope not at all. The business just kept saying I should call them as I've already done 12 times. It's amazing. The better Business bureau straight lied to me and then just stuck to a business that sent a cut and paste response to me every time. Same response. This is ridiculous. Is this even run by people or is it just a machine?.
