Decided not to get myself a suit here. Getting the appointment online went nicely and welcome was friendly but in the store step one is picking the material for the suit. In my case i was looking for a business suit with price starting at around 500€. Unfortunately the cloth-samles hang around knee-hight so it is basically necessary to squat on the floor to check the material / colors. While doing so i was crowded around by another group of customers as their table where they got advice was right next to the samples. Overall somewhat uncomfortable and being sandwiched by other peoples butts is not the kind of experience i look for when getting a tailored suit so i left. I sympathise with the fact that high rents make space come at a premium but the shopping experience for a suit should not be that uncomfortable.

Unfortunately quite some of the staff here are arrogant yet don’t really know what they are doing. When my suit didn’t fit, they were trying to blame the junior guy (though it wasn’t his fault). In addition they are badly dressed themselves, apparently not caring much about the craft.

I had to revisit so many times for my suit measures. Now I barely wear my suit from Kuhn cause it reminds me of a bad time.

They must be the most incompetent tailors in the world! Slow, styleless and unfriendly.

I ordered full of good hopes a shirt for 75€, which took around a month to be partially completed. I visited them to try it out and it was already a disaster: it would have fitted me if I had been 15 Kg more...and this was what I told. "No problem" they replied, "we can still fix it and make it a bit tighter on the back". Why not, let us give them a second chance. After two (!!!) more weeks for the adjustment I went to the shop and paid the finished product (you have to, because they let you sign...). I do not understand how could some company be so long in the market and do so wrong. As a testimony of my description I attached a photo.

Buy somewhere else.

Sehr guter Service. Große Auswahl an Stoffen, Schnitten und Details. Die Leute wissen, was sie tun. Die Anzüge passen perfekt, keine Nacharbeiten notwendig. Jederzeit wieder gern. Preis-Leistung ist top, wenn man die Standardware in den Kaufhäusern und Boutiquen sieht. Man weiß, dass die Kleidung keine Saisonware ist, sondern einen lange begleiten wird. Auch das zum Thema Nachhaltigkeit 🙂

Ich habe bei Kuhn nun zum ersten Mal zwei Anzüge gekauft. Die Beratung war sehr gut (Termin vereinbaren) und nach der angegebenen Zeit konnte ich heute meine beiden Anzüge abholen. Sitz perfekt und das Preis-Leistung-Verhältnis empfinde ich als sehr gut. Hoffe die Anzüge halten auch einige Zeit.

Habe bei Kuhn einen Anzug mit zwei Hosen und zwei Hemden gekauft, Die Erstberatung war gut, bei der Anprobe wurde ich von Frau Nikitin betreut. Mit ihr konnte ich verschiedene Änderungen abstimmen und wurde sehr gut beraten und betreut. Qualität, Preis und vor allem Passform sind wirklich gut, bin rundum zufrieden und werde weitere Maßkonfektion gerne wieder dort kaufen. Kann die Filiale und insbesondere die Schneiderin nur empfehlen
