Flights from Lisbon to Prague are the most expensive flights ever. In comparison with Lisbon - Roma where the price per km is way less. TAP is misusing the costumers on Prague flights because there is no other company on this journey providing direct flights! So they screw price up! At the same time they behave as the low cost because you have to pay extra for luggage and on this 3,5 hrs flight you get no drink or food for free!!! Hand in hand, the services in Lisbon airport are horrible and all flights get delay already on departure which limits your chance to take other Arline with stopover location. Stay away from TAP if you can!!!

We have booked a flight from Zurich to Ponta Delgada. The first leg Zurich - Porto is operated by TAP, the second leg Porto - Ponta Delgada by SATA. We are trying for almost two weeks now to book additional luggage to the second leg. TAP tells us, we have to get in touch with SATA. SATA tells us, we have to get in touch with TAP. After many e-mails and phone calls, being pushed forward and backward between those two companies a one star rating to both airlines is more than justified. Ridiculous.

Stay away!!! Don't accept any alternatives flight from other flight companies to that! The customer care center is miserable and they forced you to generate a lot of calls because managers or technicans aren't available at the moment you call but later - spoiler - that's a lie!
My issue: I booked a flight via Lufthansa but there was a strike and the app from lufthansa offered an alternative via TAP. I took this. This flight got cancelled hours later as well and TAP booked the next possible flight 2 days later. That didn't fit and I had a call with lufthansa and we found a solution BUT TAP proceeded already the check-in of the non suitable flight (without my permission) and lufthansa was unable to provide my board cards for the new flight. It took 1,5 days, a lot of calls and nerves to get the check-in from TAP cancelled. THANKS to JONAS from Turkey. You were my hero! All other call agents told a lot of lies, forced me to call again hours later or said I should do the 3,5 hours drive to the air port to discuss the situation with colleagues on the check-in point at the air port.
to make the difference clear: JONAS clarified my issue under 15 min. The other colleagues needed about 10 minutes per call and there were NO solution. Additionally, they never forwarded me to their managers even if I requested it -> they just hung up most of the time. Cruel service. I will never book again there!

First flight was canceled, the flight they offered us instead was 3 days later and had 2 more stopovers. we received no compensation.
Our returning flight was canceled in change process of the first flight, they forgot to rebook the return flight. They offered no help and said that they can't do anything. Instead they tried to sell us our original tickets for 2000€ more.
This airline does not care about its customers, in total we were stuck 12 hours in the hotline and wasted 2 days at the airport trying to get another flight.
We decided to take another airline and will never use TAP again.

I'm truly disappointed with the customer service I am receiving from TAP. As a Portuguese citizen I was hoping that TAP's reputation would have improved over the years. I have purchased a flight ticket from Germany to Portugal and have been phoning numerous times being over 30 minutes on the phone waiting to be attended only for the calls to be cut after this time. I have sent emails to which I have had NO response, I have sent an email to complaints and again NO response. I am needing information as I would like to postpone my return date. So either I would like someone to assist me or refund my money back for 2 return flights that I have paid for and I will gladly book my flights with another airline. Booked with TAP for a journey that involved going through Lisbon. Flight was cancelled due something at Lisbon airport. This wasn’t TAP’s fault, but we just got a stream of discordant info via SMS and couldn’t get through on the phone to clarify the situation or make an informed decision. Refund took ~6 months.

I just had an early morning flight from Frankfurt to Lisbon. The flight was very smooth and landed on time.
I understand that the on board services are limited, but I wanted to order breakfast from their menu, and was prepared to pay for it.
They told me that they don’t have breakfast, but can offer me lasagna or sweet & sour chicken with rice.
