The services provided by the bank: AttijariWafaa have degraded towards unacceptable-
Contacts via phone are practically not possible !

However the support provided by the person : BENSIAMAR Mohamed is very helpful and in time

You need to know someone to get things done… otherwise you could try to go to their office in Frankfurt and attempt…

Wir sind sehr zufrieden mit der Bank. Man kann nichts Schlechtes sagen. Die Beratung durch Frau El Bachiri war sehr umfassend und professionell, ebenso freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Angebot im Ganzen mit online Banking und Vermittlung der Sterbeversicherung, sowie die Erreichbarkeit ist einmalig. Des Weiteren hat man sich für uns Zeit genommen obwohl wir 2 min vor der Mittagspause erst erschienen sind. Lediglich die Öffnungszeiten im Internet sind nicht aktuell. Die aktuellen Zeiten haben wir abfotografiert und der Bewertung angehangen. Wir können diese Bank nur Weiterempfehlen.
