Third Street Social in Lee's Summit is a gem for comfort food lovers. We started with the house-made doughnuts, which were light, fluffy, and had that perfect hint of sweetness. The biscuits and gravy were savory and satisfying, with a creamy gravy that complemented the soft, warm biscuits. The classic breakfast was well-executed with all the essentials done right, but the standout had to be the chicken-fried beef tenderloin—crispy on the outside and tender on the inside, it was an indulgent and flavorful treat. Great food across the board, making it a spot worth visiting!

We had the Duroc Pork Shoulder and the Chicken Fried Beef Tenderloin and a side of cornbread. The food was amazing an our Waiter, Trent was very nice and attentative. We also ordered the Deviled eggs, but we devoured them before I thought to take the picture

Service was great. Had reservations with a large group (15+) and we were taken care of well. The location was in a scenic small downtown vibe. There was plenty of parking. Food was delicious. Very clean and staffs were welcoming. Definitely a place I will keep coming to.

One of the nicer spots in Lee's Summit. A little pricier than most spots in town, but food was terrific, service was attentive - even though it was a busy Happy Hour - and the atmosphere and decor was on point with a huge bar area and a handful of other dining areas for a more quiet and secluded experience. Great Happy Hour deals make this a perfect spot to come for drinks and apps after work. Excited to come back and try more menu items.

So this was our second time to to to eat here. First attempt left upset because we were never waiting on after 20-25 min so I was a bit nervous to try again. They knocked it out of the part! Husband had the catfish I had the prime rib French dip, and let me tell you the prim rib literally melted in your mouth and was the best I had ever had highly recommend. Husband said the catfish was in his top 5 of catfish he has had amd he has had a ton. I had the Lavender Bee drink amd holy crap the average person could never drink more than one it's strong and a strange combo of vodka, Lavender and orange bitters was definitely unique and would probably peel the pain off the walls! We spent $67 before tip amd no appetizer. A bit pricy bit 100% worth it highly recommend!

We got the biscuits, salmon, Korean tacos, raspberry cheesecake dessert, and to drink a bourbon bramble. Everything we ate/ drank was decadent and the service was great and friendly! Parking was great as well. GET THE BISCUITS!!!

We were seated fairly quick and our server was very nice. The atmosphere wasn’t half bad with good music and decent mood lighting. However the food was pretty bland and a little salty . Unfortunately my “grilled” asparagus was over cooked and the food portions are very small for what you’re paying for. It’s just not for me but I gave it a good try.

We ate on a Friday during lunch and the lunch menu had a great selection, huge portions, very attentive server. Just look at the lunch portion meatloaf with mashed potatoes and the fried chicken jalapeño mac & cheese, delicious! The parking can be painful so you just need to circle the lot and be patient. I let my husband out to get us a table while I found a spot to park. That makes it easy and no wait time for a table. We will be back!
