It’s screaming gross negligence. Easy to not answer calls/emails etc when it’s not your property you’ve damaged…. Understand, it’s been over 4 years of trying to contact them to manage overgrown eucalyptus trees that boarder homes in our neighborhood. Now said trees have fallen on my home, damaged property and are a GIANT tinder box ready to start the next big fire here in Oakland. Our neighborhood was already victim to the Keller fire a couple months back. PLEASE SENECA, PAY ATTENTION AND MANAGE YOUR TREES!!!

In the light of the recent California wild fires
in LA and the Bay Area, please TAME your property wildlife and fallen hazards. Your dead trees that have fallen and breached neighbor’s property lines have posed a fire hazard and safety to our community. Your continued negligence on property maintenance is unprofessional and inhumane. This is a fire hazard. This is a health issue. This facility has purposefully neglected attempts at communication to remedy this hazardous situation. I’m begging you to prevent future fires by cleaning up your debris and to prevent the spread of mold and fungus by these dead trees contaminating healthy wildlife.

This organization is terrible !! They completely unresponsive when it comes to public safety. I am a neighbor and I have been asking them for years to do something about the dead foliage and dead trees on the property that boarder mine. It is a fire hazard to the entire neighborhood!! This is completely negligent on their part. All it would take is one spark. Shame on you for showing zero regard for your neighbors.
