The course has helped me with my communication skills, confidence and CV write-up, interview skills and many more. I have also learnt how to look for jobs and helped me understand how to analyse job descriptions thoroughly before applying to ensure it suits my skill set before applying. The training helped me enhance the skills I already have, while helping me build on some skills I was not confident on. Additionally, the course filled the knowledge gaps I had.

Looking for a change in my career, I decided to enrol onto the Step Ahead Customer Service and PSD course to update my skills and aid progression. The course was delivered by Andrew and John who made learning fun, inclusive and informative. After a long period of uncertainty coping with the effects of the pandemic it was uplifting to be engaged on a course, connecting with other people, learning a new skill set and boosting my confidence. Nikki's manner of teaching is so fantastic and refreshing!! She's patient and supportive but knows how to motivate her students. She's excellent at building confidence, keeping lessons fun and engaging through various activities that improve conversation, writing, and reading skills.

John has an incredible gift for teaching. His classes seem like play but there is a lot of serious learning going on. I was already an intermediate student, but I learned something from every class, plus had a lot of fun doing it! He is a calm and thoughtful tutor who really cares about his student progression and sucess.

I have been with Sajeda Akther as my Recruitment Consultant for over a month now and within that time I’ve had my Ups and downs. She has always manage to my spirit and boost my confidence on those low days, just by understanding and empathy.
