(First Picture is Yuma Wingstop, Second is El Centro) The staff was friendly, however the food was cold. Fries were fine and hot but the boneless were cold… its one thing if they are room temperature and a whole other if they are cold to the touch(colder than the ranch). I have a feeling they are not following strict protocols on making the food to order which I understand how to this new staff it may seem like a good idea to make bigger batches to save on time but the food was cold and the chicken was dry. Also the pieces are TINY! I usually go to Yuma wingstop and have never had any issue, the food is always super fresh(crispy and hot), notably made to order, and the pieces are huge making it worth the hour drive. Waiting 20 minutes to receive cold and kind of mediocre sized boneless is not worth a second visit for a long while. Im assuming with time this issue could be fixed.

Update: second visit. Placed order 1 hour ahead. Wasn't ready when I arrived. AND I arrived 15 minutes after scheduled pick up. Still crowded. When it was ready I still had to get my cup and serve myself a drink. This was suppose to be carry out. Pick up and go. Too crowded to squeeze in for a drink. No thank you. Too many people in the kitchen, they're all standing or blocking each other bumping elbows.
Too expensive for this kind of service.

Don't like wingstop at all the first time. Fries were cold, tasted like they were old. And soggy. Gave them the benefit of a doubt.
And ordered a second time, fries were the same tasted old and soggy. Sodas were flat second time. I would not eat here ever again and I wouldn't recommend it to anyone else.

Food was fine. They have horrible service though with no leadership. Two people on the phone and you could hear the customer talking about order mess-ups. No one to help at the registers. I was waiting in line and finally someone came up and helped two people that were not waiting in line. When I mentioned to the worker he wanted to repeat my order instead and not listen.

If you like overpriced, crappy food...this is your place..Though the wings are frozen, preseason, just place in fryer, I waited over 30 minutes for terrible food, soggy, bland fries, bus stop atmosphere. I suppose some people will eat anything. First and last time for me.

People, if the the Wingstop not opening on the promised date can cause this much distress in your lives, you live a very privileged life and you should go home and take a long hard look at yourselves. Stop dooming an incoming business here in the Valley, we are already deprived of many good restaurants as it is. Jeez.

I’ve ordered from this location a few times and every single experience has been progressively worse than the previous one. Tonight I went to pick up my order that came with a drink, and server behind the counter (a pregnant girl with gaps in her teeth), wearing no name tag, handed me the cup with her hand instead the cup. I requested a new cup and she proceeded to say “I place my hand inside all the cups” as she handed me another cup with her hand inside. Worst customer service.
