On Nov 29, 2012 I faxed a Memo addressed to Mr. Peter Hershberger, a supposedly new entry at PCOA in Tucson, that was receipted by my machine detailing an outrageous home care outfit that Mr. H. now says he never got despite his name prominently on the Memo. A CC was sent to Ms.Titcomb who also claims she never get it despite verification on my machine. Is this the base line of corruption or not? The whole point of democracy is petitioning and grieving. Should they be really held to fill such a job? United Way, while not a govt agency, is supported by taxpayers as a nonprofit & is acting like a govt agency. What does Mr. Jim Murphy say about all this?.
