I had a bad experience at villa I got harassed by the staff at cip on my last day I was forced to work by myself for 2 hours straight without taking a break bc my knees where hurting bc I can’t stand for a pong period of time the staff Corey was yelling at me bc I did my work she didn’t realize that my knees are different then others within the program that I was in bc they yell at the clients for no reason and I lost my mind on my last day. Perla was a joke as a supervisor at villa for cip bc she didn’t do anything about it they forced the clients to spend money every Friday for movies bowling fishing and party’s and half of the clients didn’t have the money for fun Friday and they expect us to do what they want it’s not fair for the clients. The church that we went to had the responsibility for us to clean the church on Tuesday and Thursdays for 2 hours they made us garden there plants clean the interior of the church they had no ac on inside on hot days. We had to work out every day and take us to the mall every 3 days and I had to deal with the pain and suffering that they did on me

Villa Esperanza is basically a flop house. The house where my special needs daughter lives is in disarray. The windows do not open. The whole house needs a paint job. The toilet is broken and has been broken for months. The washer and dryer was broken and took several weeks to repair. The stove did not work for weeks and was not replaced until I sent and email to the manager, Darrell. My daughter was locked out of her room by a villa staff member on a Friday night and was unable to take her meds. When a villa employee was contacted about it, Pricilla, she blew it off. She could not bothered to help our daughter. This place is a joke and I will be filing a formal complaint with the proper authorities.
