Horrible communications skills. I had opened a claim April 2022 and was told that the claim would take up to 100 days to complete. If for any reason my claim would take longer they would notify me. I have called, email MULTIPLE times in regards to my claim. No decision yet or follow up as of April 2023. I keep getting the run around about call backs and nothing. Very unprofessional.
