khaled did not respond to my email with my goofy edit of the kite runner movie where hassan calls amir on his afghaniphone and amir hangs up and says he's just a hazara and doesn't care about hassan's hazara hole and to get him his kite, best characters and story but worst author

I am from Afghanistan. Been in the USA for 4 years. I need some help about publishing, and luck of budget. Therefore I wanted to look up online see if someone can help me out and I found out Hossein foundation. So I thought I be able to get help not only because the foundation but because of same privilege. I call the foundation weeks and their line service was unprofessional. All the time I was going to voicemail and I was not able to get through with someone at the foundation. But after two weeks consistent phone calls I was able to get a hold with someone. And that was part of family of Mr.Hosseini. I told her my problem and I was expecting them to help, not only they did not help me out but they were refusing me to not bother them no more and she said their foundation can't help. Then why is it a foundation and I am from the same community who yours foundation serve. I said okay if your foundation can't help would assist me with someone who can help me in this part and she said No. She wish me the best and hang up on me. Very ride, unprofessional and unpolite. The behavior of this foundation was so unprofessional and I was not able to get helped. Any way I wish we have someone at the charge who helps people and their community not someone who just look for their own benefits!!
