Top worst underwhelming places I’ve ever been in.. I waited almost 4 hours to get called for my appointment, the workers are fat and stupid, mid wait they went on their lunch break and left their customers to misery, talk about insane asylum because this place is truly one.

Literally the worst place ever I’ve been here since 8ish 9ish in the morning it’s already the afternoon I practically spent my whole day here waiting!!! For nothing we asked how much longer it would take they said only abt 3 people at least 5 people have been called already i suggest u guys do this online or something because going In person isn’t even worth it worst place ever!

The system of applying for Medi-Cal is absurdly broken. Impossible to get a person on the phone, even going in person, they just told me "you need to talk to a worker." Well, how do I know that when you give no instructions? How do I make that happen? I've received no useful help, and have unpaid medical bills from when we didnt have insurance. The letter I received has a "worker phone number" for a phone tree, and the "extension" is an invalid response. Just an awful experience, on top of being uninsured.

I waited 2 and a half hours on the phone and as soon as I was finally getting someone to speak to me, they hang up. I’m so angry I wasted so much of my time!! Never going here or seeking help here. They help nobody! Selfish people.
