this place was a life saver for me when I lived in Placerville.
the people there were very kind, I was from out of town, no one knew me.
they made sure I knew I was welcome by inviting me along to activities like parties/bbq's and "meeting after the meetings" like going to the diner down the road or ihop.
I live in Reno now, the local AA scene is not a fellowship, they hate and discriminate. Placerville and the mother lode fellowship demonstrate "love, tolerance & respect"
