I was skeptical at first . And I had my days where I was about to give up but then a wonderful worker that goes by Ricky took our case and she's been amazing and is currently helping us out with housing. What a blessing .

I truly appreciate a place to shower. Especially in this extreme heat weather. Am glad to be able to shower my children feel fresh but the people that work hear make the experience uncomfortable like if your less they walk in and out this doors with theirs heads up high without having the empathy to greet you or give you a smile I never wish this experience to anyone it’s the worst feel feeling humiliated embarrassment for having to use the shower in this facilities. To work in a place like these organizations you have to have empathy and be able to truly have a open heart but for others is just a easy job in a office easy work maybe a lot of paper work but no hard labor just filing entry data yes as a non profit money wise maybe the hardest part and lack of space to place people because homelessness is high and real other than that idk they can’t even bother offering a paper cup of water they wouldn’t imagen the difference it can make someone experiencing this in a hot day

If you are a landlord, do not work with this company. Employees will talk to you nicely but ghost you after the contract signs. Payments always late. When you try to contact them, you can never reach them. They have all kind of excuses to make which upsetting. I had to go to the office and camped for the payments. Also, Perla, Daniel, and Robert are all liars and if things dont go their way. They will threaten you. SO if you are the landlord, RUN ! Dont trust them! No COMMUNICATION!
