Before covid, I booked an event with Christine (the person in charge), I paid a great amount to her, however, covid hit, and she completely ignore me and changed her phone number. Since then, I’ve been trying to reach her for my money back since my event never happened. I recently got her number from someone she has had referred to my at that time for the Photo Booth and I reach out to her, she completely doesn’t remember and not only she doesn’t remember, she said because it was such a long time ago, I would not get my refund or the use of the hall. Of course, it will be a long time ago, because she went MIA and changed her damn number. I need help or someone I can talk to that’s above her, all the numbers of I’ve called are out of service or it hangs up on me. She is stealing people hard earn money and is not taking any accountability. Times are already hard enough. Does anyone know who I can talk to regarding this damn post. First and last time I’m ever using a veteran hall to book any event of mine. They steal your money and give you the run around when you’re trying to get your money back for something that unfortunately wasn’t your fault. The service is HORRIBLE here.
