On May 2nd, I attended an event at Park Club Costa Mesa, and overall, the experience was good. The valet service, while efficient, could use some improvement. While the team's organization was acceptable, there were moments when the service wasn't as prompt as expected. Additionally, the appearance of the staff could be more uniform and professional in terms of attire. It would be advisable to seek individuals with more presence, avoiding long hair or unkempt beards, as this does not contribute to a professional image. Although the manager, Abraham, showed some leadership, his presence wasn't particularly noticeable in the overall valet service experience. In summary, Park Club Costa Mesa offers a satisfactory experience, but there is room for improvement in the valet service.

Review of Park Club, Costa Mesa - May 1, 2024

I recently had the pleasure of attending the brunch at Park Club in Costa Mesa on May 1, 2024, which commenced at 9:30 am. The experience was overall delightful, with one notable area for improvement.

Upon arrival, I found the Valet Parking service to be efficient, although there was a slight delay due to the limited staff available. However, I must commend Nelsen , the attendant overseeing the valet service, for his friendly and professional demeanor, as well as his impeccable attire. Despite the minor inconvenience of a line forming, Nelsen positive attitude made the wait more bearable.

Throughout my visit, I observed that the staff, led by manager Abrahim, demonstrated remarkable teamwork and professionalism. Despite what seemed to be a challenging situation with only two staff members present, they efficiently managed the influx of guests and maintained a high level of service.

In conclusion, while there may be a need for additional personnel to prevent delays in the valet service, the professionalism and teamwork exhibited by the Park Club staff, particularly Neilen and Abrahim, were commendable. I would recommend Park Club for its excellent service and inviting atmosphere.

I attended an event at Park Club last Thursday, and upon leaving the final show, we utilized their Valet Parking service. However, there was a delay of over 20 minutes in retrieving our cars as the manager was nowhere to be found. The supposed supervisor, named GEO, appeared disheveled with unkempt attire and an unshaven beard. Such unprofessionalism is unacceptable in a venue of this caliber. Management should ensure their staff maintain a higher level of professionalism.
