I think that this is a great resource for the LBGTQ community in this area I was having a crisis and even though it took me awhile to get it a hold of someone when I finally did they were very helpful but they did move their location and did not put that new location on their website so when I showed up there at a time that the website said they were open they were no longer there during my crisis I was running short on finances and had to use some of that money for an Uber to get there so it would have been nice to have the updates on the website but overall I feel that they are still a good resource to the LBGTQ community

This is the queer social service agency in Central Contra Costa: AA, HIV, etc. As such, it's important that it's there for this who need it. We don't and haven't found it either welcoming or comfortable. For example, we went to the senior lunch at the published time. When we arrived, we were told you have to get there early if you want a place to sit. Or again, I rsvp'd to the published address. Its owner wrote back and told me I'd written the wrong person.

Great place to get information regarding the LGBTQ community. Counseling, health screenings and more.
It's a place where you can find support groups and 12 step meetings. Many, MANY informative booklets and brochures for the taking.
