UW was helpful 5 years ago with numerous resources available by referral. In 2022 they have far fewer referral contacts for critical assistance. This is the opposite of what this well-known organization was set up to do for individuals in need. The operator is surly and not forthcoming with answers or suggestions. TERRIBLE.

Went for a walk around at the Salinas farmer's Market new location,... I did enjoyed it,.. perfect weather, lot's of food and drinks to the taste,... Highly recommend.

Terrible Service!!! Never answer phone right away, 15minute hold time minimum then they give you bad in or irrelevant information. Get it together guys, your here to help!!!!!
