I’ve been going to this center with a a physiatrist and let me just say, Claudia is such a beautiful soul!! she is truly the best, she is so understanding and welcoming. She makes me feel like family! I love going to my appointments and seeing her, she brings light and joy to everything!

I've been to so many chiropractors before and non of them seemed to help but as soon as I was sent to Dr. De Leon everything changed. He was able to help me in ways other doctors weren't able to. He was able to spot what was the issue and fix it. Excellent chiropractor and knows how to do his job. The staff there is also WONDERFUL and have always have the best attitude. So thankful to have such a WONDERFUL doctor and awesome receptionists

Dr. De Leon was an excellent experience. He was fun, cool, knowledgeable, seemed genuine/authentic & his chiropractic work had me enthusiastic and looking forward to the next visit. Also the internal office staff is attentive & you get the feel they care about your needs & don't try to keep you waiting. Glad I found this "hidden-gem". Highly recommended. #toGodbetheglody

Chiropractor is awesome, have been coming here for 2 months now and he has truly helped with my scoliosis. I can finally start living life a little more now that my back isn’t as bad as it was, still have more to go but healing takes time. Be patient, one visit won’t fix everything. Front staff is friendly and welcoming. They’re always busy so be patient with them.

I have been coming to the Wellness center for Therapy and honestly the care they provide is unmatched. Claudia is such an amazing employee. She has been super attentive, sweet, on time on reminders. If it was not for her I would have quit going to therapy. she always made me feel so welcomed as if I were family. At first I was embarrassed going to therapy because of the way therapy offices make a person seem crazy or unwelcome. But as soon as I step foot in the door for therapy I have as soon as. I seeClaudia my day lights up! The care she gives is unmatched She is super professional as well. She deserves a raise!!!! I love speaking with her

Also my therapist has always been there to support me along the way. I have not met a therapist as caring, supportive, and understanding. I have switched therapy time and time again but he has helped me grow and I don’t plan on leaving any time soon. The growth I have seen with him is unmatched.

Overall this establishment had treated me well and they care for there patients like If they are family.

If you need a chiropractor, then Dr De Leon is the Dr to see. He knows his stuff and genuinely wants to help his patients feel better. Couldn't turn my head all the way on one side, but never really thought of as a problem. After 2nd visit I could. And I went in for a pinched nerve in shoulder and neck area that left my arm and hand feeling like pins and needles hitting it all the time. That is now also gone. Thank you Dr De Leon

Bloomington Wellness Center has been wonderful to me. I have had good experience in the Medical and in the Psychiatry department! Claudia is an awesome caring person, I really felt helped for whatever questions I had. Dr.Brewah is a wonderful Doctor, I feel comfortable getting treated by her
