Excellent service,all staff are really good,very polite, always have answers for your questions.Dr. Kelvin Hall Lambert is the best doctor, always listen carefully to your concern on regards of your health.Dr. Lambert not only is your Dr. he treated you as a friend.I was referred by my mother,she was her patient until her last day.She loves him.she was diagnosed with Dementia,and she always used to tell Dr. Lambert bring a sandwich.I never will forget her looks and expressions when she referred and talked about Dr.Lambert.
I highly recommend Bloomington community clinic #2.

Terrible service and I wouldn’t recommend this place to any family. My father and I were both patients and both services by Gisela were awful and disregarded. My fathers cardiac referral was not placed. When he tried calling to check for an update they kept hanging up on him. When asked to speak with management I was only given managers name “Ingrid” and was told to call back as she was unavailable. When I became a patient my stomach concerns went under addressed and was given over the counter medication that I told her I had already taken and did not work. I spent cash on an appointment and medication I was already giving myself. I went to ER and it smelled like urine but I was assisted better there and was actually taken care of. When called office many times to speak with manager over my situation I was told every time she was unavailable and would call me back. This has been since 2023 that I’ve been waiting for a call back. Please don’t copy and paste the same message to me giving me corporates number as I can see from other reviews nothing will be done nor changed in the office. I just wanted to share my experience.

Really unprofessional, they been cancel my appointment several times and I was with Covid they don’t care, the Doctors don’t care for the patients. I been waiting for my appointment because I was in the emergency room I need to see my Dr and the they canceled for real. What type of community health it is this place .

This clinic is being ran by shady people who block good doctors from serving in the Bloomington community. I am a physician who has always engaged in public service. Despite being a new women’s health practice in the community, we sponsored an event last summer under my business name. I was asked to sponsor the same event this year and financially invested in doing so. I was informed the day before the event that Community Health Systems, Inc. did not want me to be a vendor in Bloomington because I was viewed as competition. Adverse maternal outcomes have been a problem in the Inland Empire. The type of care we provide in women’s health is desired and needed. Community Health Systems would not have to be worried about competition if they cared about providing good care to its patients. Executives and healthcare providers who pretend to care about the health of its communities while blocking good physicians who actually care about these communities are what is wrong with U.S. healthcare. There are monopolies in the Inland Empire that are blocking new physicians from coming to the community. There is such a need in the IE that it takes months for patients to get appointments. New practices can and do fill that void. I have been a physician for 25 years and can attest that these systems do not care about patient outcomes or their health. I want patients to be aware of the politics that exist in the Inland Empire that is adversely impacting your health. I want patients to be able to have knowledge so that they can advocate for better and safe healthcare and against monopolies that are a threat to their health.

The Dentist is the best!
Dr. P .. is awesome Dr. she is very knowledgeable she genuinely cares about your teeth! She cares about improving your the quality of your oral heath and your smile!! We the community are so lucky to have someone like her who cares about the community, cares about giving back dedicates herself to educating these children, parents and staff. She is awesome ? if she comes across strong or you feel yourself offended, you need to check yourself ask yourself about the condition of your teeth and own it.

I’ve been coming here since Nov 2022 and they still forget to add my appointments 20% of the time I’m supposed to come here. Everyone is very friendly and very accommodating. But even though I arrive early, I’m always made to wait at least 20 minutes. One time the doctor forgot to put my order in for a test that was supposed to be put in 2 weeks ago. I arrived and they made me wait 45 minutes and I STILL had to go home without doing the test. I love the people that work here but their organization needs work. As I’m writing this I’m waiting for my appointment and Ive been currently waiting 30 minutes even though I arrived early.

The chiropractor Dr DeLeon is amazing. I always feel great after seeing him. He has magic hands and a great sense of humor.
