From the moment I walked in, I felt welcomed and motivated to push my limits. Joe's approach to teaching is not only effective but also incredibly enjoyable. He's knowledgeable, patient, and has an infectious enthusiasm that makes every workout session a blast.

Proud to be part of this gym!! I've been with this gym since 2016. I've definitely seen results with my endurance and my body since I've been working out. The coaches and members are definitely one of the reasons why I love this gym. Everyone is so welcoming, encouraging and inspiring. I would totally recommend this gym to anyone looking for a place to work out. 1440 is like a second home for me!!

Great friendly small type gym. Extremely nice and kind owner and trainers. All the equipment you need to get a good sweaty workout! Have classes 5am 6am 8am 9am 10am 12-2pm 4:30pm 5:30pm and a few later in the evening. Great promotion price for the new year. Come try it!

I've been coming here for over 6 months now and I've had never stuck to a gym like this before. It has been an awesome experience coming here due to its friendly atmosphere, clean gym, and great coaches. I get personal training from Coach Paco but it doesn't stop there. Everybody else there really pushes you to get through your workout. The classes are challenging but being in class with everyone else really encourages you. Coach Joe has been very welcoming and so has other gym members. Definitely recommend this gym to anybody interested getting started on their journey.

This gym definitely holds a special place in my heart. I started at the gym in 2015 because I wanted to start a healthy lifestyle and hopefully be in good enough shape for my wedding. It was the best decision I ever made. I met the best people there, especially Coach Joe. I started to create a bond with members of the gym through conversations and our shared commitment to exercise and wellness. The sense of camaraderie created a positive and motivating environment within the gym. Fast forward to the present, I am a mom with two kids who lost her way and wanted to get back in shape. Joe was not hesitant to welcome me with open arms and eased me back into the workout. The diversity of the gym is also what makes it amazing, we all come in different shapes and sizes and the workout can be easily scaled to your specific ability at the moment so you can never feel intimidated to do any of the workout. The best part of being at the gym with awesome people is that they are great at holding us accountable which can help you stick to your workout and it can be a powerful motivator to keep you consistent with the exercise regimen. Being at this gym has encouraged me to stay consistent, learn from one another, and form meaningful connections with like-minded people who share their passion for health and wellness. This GYM is like a second home, it's like a FAMILY!
